I've looked pretty thoroughly for a 704i hardware manual but with no luck. Anyone here got one they can submit to the "manuals" web site? Or maybe point me to another site where I could get one? Thanks.

One of the main differnces is the availability to use 16 & 32 dstu cards as well as 16 & 24 astu. The 704i uses a different power supply, higher amperage.

Thanks for your replies, but my "pretty thorough" search did include the resources listed on this web site. Also, my questions relate to hardware that is unique to the 704i, so I need that manual. It is combined with the 384i manual, but there are differences between the two systems. If you think of any other places I can look, I'd appreciate it. Thanks again!

you might want to post a wanted ad in the buy/sell here.
I would start calling nitsuko dealers and refurbers
might be hard find but there is one out there somewhere

You can purchase the manual on-line for $ 20.00, a cheap investment to maintain your system.
