Has anyone heard of and or worked on this particular Voice mail system? If so....I need help changing the Auto Attendant greeting,

not familiar with "tie 4001 " what system is it behind ?
probably need to go to the SA mailbox and change it there

Considering that TIE did business all over the world, it's probably a different-named system that at least looks like something we've seen. Can you post a pic? Oops, probably not with only 2 posts. Maybe Skip can help you with that. (I know, "Thanks a lot, John" Your welcome, Skip  ) John C.

Upon further review and a site visit...it is a 4002 Tie. No docs..of course!

This is a VMX voice mail system. I have taken these out all over. Very old and usually the hard drive craps out.
