My customer has a 124i, and the issue is that the outgoing port for the voice mail, analog port 26, ext 506, keeps getting a message waiting tone on it and it causes all kinds of issues, went into programming 1021 and set this to 0, but the problem continues, they all have cell phones setup to call them when a new message arrives in their vm, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Message Wait Dial Tone must be disabled under class of service options for those voice mail ports. To clear the ports manually, hook up your butt set to the ports and dial 873. This will clear the stutter dial tone.

Ron thanks for the reply, I did clear the stutter tone and was able to put everything back in order when I was there and tried to find on how to disable this feature, but I was able to find in class of service on how to disable all phones from leaving a mw dial tone which is item 15, but unable to locate on how to block it or should i just disable all phones from having the ability to leave mw dial tone.
