Do either of these have a port for plugging in a radio or MOH device while callers are on hold?
If yes, where is it?

The 124i has a connection on the CPU for MOH. This breaks out from there using the DDK connector/cable that the stations and CO lines use. There is no 1/8" mono plug like many systems have now. I always used to gut a biscuit jack, run cross connect off the 66 block where the MOH was terminated down to the biscuit, cut off the end of the device providing the MOH and hard wiring the 2 together on the terminals of the biscuit. After that, you must enable MOH in system programming. I don't have a lot of experience with the 384i, but I imagine it's almost the same way

384i Connects the same way but the CPU connects to a filter card above and you wire the MOH player to that.
