    1) Leave handset on-hook
    2) Press Call1 (or CL1)
    3) Enter # * # *
    4) Enter the password

Thanks, this helped. I can now enter the programming mode but...Originally we programmed our Nitsuko 384i system so 1 group of phones would not ring (we had an attendant) but the other group did. How do I turn on the ring for that 2nd group? I want all functions to work with all phones including the "page all" function. Thanks

What kind of call is ringing to that second group and what is it doing now. Are the lines analog or DID? Depending on what type of call it is there is different programming to be done. What software level is this 384I or 124I. Please verify those two items. As far as the page all goes you might just have to program a speed dial key on all the phones by doing - speaker,855,press speed dial key to program,8010,hold,hold-. Or you might have to get into system programming, program 1601 and then on a per port basis assing your ports being used to the same page group.

We have 7 incoming lines entering the Nitsuko system which all hunt. They ring to 11 digital Nitsuko 384i digital phones which are separated into 2 caller groups (admin & telemarketing). I want to tell the system to include both groups when calls come in. We have line buttons assigned to the phones which light up but don't ring on the one group.

So, let me get this straight. You have what I assume is 7 loop start lines that appear in all phones, and you want them to ring 11 extensions which are divided into 2 groups (admin & telemarketing). You could put all 11 extensions into the same "Ring Group" (0909) and assign those 7 lines to ring that particular ring group (0910). Is there any overflow to an auto attendant?

That's what I need to do. I need to tell the system to merge the two groups into one. No attendant overflow it just goes to an outside VM box.

Just to be on the safe side, set all modes in 0919 = 0 to prevent any overflow.
