One digital phone on the system; Intermittently all three C.O. LED's will light and no one is on the line. Line is unusable - customer has to reset system to clear problem. Where do I look first? Possible bad trunk card?

are the trunks only unavailable from that phone but available from other phones? Try deleting those buttons, then rereating them. doet the force trunk diconnect code work?

have you swapped the phone out with a known good one ?
changed ports ?
