Some of my clients are complaining that there is a MW red light flashing on their phone. I forgot how to get this off. Any pointers?

Press the Call 1 key, dial 873, wait for the confirmation tone, then press speaker to hang up

On our system, this is controlled by VM system. We are using a VM2000 and there is an entry under the mailbox options for MW indicator that cna be toggled on or off.

Can't you just press the clear button on the phone to clear it with soft keys?
