There is an NVM 2000 ver 8.02 on a 384I missing digits sometimes from outside calls, the tech on site says its not the port cards or the ASI, It is a 12 port system, he has put a digit grabber on and verified it misses a digit once in a while on different ports. I've asked my friends but they have forgotten every thing they knew on settings. Are there any settings that any one has used to increase the dtmf sensitivity of the voice mail. I'm poking around in the rhetpars but nothing looks obvious. I'm a hardware guy normally. any help would be appreciated.
