My customer has a nitsuko TX series with 6 analog trunks on it. When the main number is called by a member of the public, the main extension (10) will audibly ring but the other phones do not make a sound. There is however a flashing line key that the other extensions can press to take the call. Is this simply an attendant group call? Is it possible the dialling plan is not programmed and the call is going to extension 10 by default as there is no route entered? As usual all support greatly appreciated.

With 'other' phone system, this is usually a sign that the system data base defaulted.
