Hi, I have a customer that decided to rearrange his own station wiring and cut the CAT5 feeding 2 Onyx ASI's. I have the wiring repaired and have dial tone on both single line sets but no incoming ring on intercom or outside lines, the green led on the ASI doesn't flash on incoming ringing and when you pick up the handset you cannot answer the call but you do get the red off hook indicator on the ASI. When I plug a onyx digital set into the port feeding the ASI I get ringing on all the correct lines. Is there any other way to test the ASI? Sorry its been a long time since I worked on one of these systems. Thanks in advance.

I would plug a SLT directly into the ASI and work from thee. you could also try powering them down for a while but my guess is he blew them ..
did you look to see that those ports are still set up as SLT and not digital ?
If your digital phone worked then the programing is off
