I'm not showing errors on the 384i system. The programming looks right. I can plug my laptop in to the 3dci and get a response back. I can do the same with the nvm, in link mode to get characters on the screen on the nvm. I've reset the vm and ps.

I used that cable to get a response back from the 3dci. So I think it is good.
Maybe LAPB CCA? Is there a way to rule that out?

Ya, but did you use a null modem or does it need to be straight through?

I'm not sure if it was straight through or null. However I used the old cable that went from the 3dci to the vm, to connect the 3dci to my laptop. I sent AT command, and received back a response.

PMS software for the 384i system itself? Is this different than the regular software disk? If not, where is this software located?

Changing LAPBU cca didn't help. Is there a hotel license located in the system?

the system has a dongle or a patch to allow PMS and Hotel integration.
