I have a new customer with a 124 I system with a pri card they are wanting to change t1 vendors and I am not up on all the programing in that system is there any one out there who offers remote programming or phone support on this system? any help would be great.

If the telecom setup is the same, the 124i programming is likely to stay the same. I'm assuming DID numbers were used on the old system. Make sure the digit length will stay the same, and number of channels.
If there is differences report back.

Thanks for the link xinterconnect. We were looking for that too. Running into the same issue with part of a subsected inbound trunk & looking for phone support or a DIY solution. You just saved me a few headaches
