I really don't see this as possible, but a customer wants the built in dial by name prompt to say enter in 3 or more letters of the person's name. It is a really old version, that doesn't allow the regular cu, etc menus in PC programming. I went through the SA and DM menus in the SA mailbox, but nothing would allow me to rerecord the prompt.
