I have a 384i that cannot be accessed by terminal through the 3 dci module. I tested the 3 dci, cable, pc at another 384i and all are good. I enter atdt#*#* and get "no carrier". when I reset the software port through command 1206 I get an OK back. I make whatever port I'm using a type 4 order 1 in 0005. This was working until a few months ago-and I already rebooted the system.I checked the entire list of ports in 0005 and there was no conflict with another port. Any ideas? thanks.
