I have a Meridian NT4X37 at work and it does not (seem to) have a Feature key. There is no manual and no help. Does anyone know how to program the buttons - e.g. I would like to be able to Redial, conference, etc...

Meridian set. Single row of buttons up right side - I think like 10 or so, small squares light up with black diamonds when button is in use. Buttons seem to be programmable. Speakerphone. Three other buttons (w/diamonds) under speaker area i.e. above dialpad.
