Does anyone know what is required to add caller id feature to a Norstar compact ICS? Is it even possible with this unit? If so, which software is required? Cards? Special service from phone company above and beyond standard caller id service? I also own a modular ICS - would this be a better unit for this application? Thanks! Tom

You will need to add analog caller I.D. trunk cartridges to the system.The lines have to appear and ring or ring only at the sets you want caller I.D. info to display on.
