I have a Notheren modular ICS system. I would loke to transfer an incomeing call to an outside phine number. Can this be done, and if so, how.

Try this.....
place incoming call on hold
make second call
press conference
press held line,confirm all parties are conferenced
press transfer and hang up

I Just went through this one.
1) are the lines Centrex service ? 9 to get
outside line ??.
if they are, you have to use the LINK
FEAT 71 not XFER Feat 70. SAME RESULT and SEQUENCE.
2) do the lines if not Centrex have
disconnect supervision on them on both ends ?
