openwire Member Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 577 Texas	The RAD is only for the phone system itself.Forgot to ask you,is this a MICS or CICS?CICS has an internal RAD already installed and your vendor should have turned it on(keycodes).On the voice mail are you referring to a Flash or a NAM? openwire Member Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 577 Texas	The NAM is the same size as your KSU and will have applications module on the front of it.The Flash is a small cabinet,approximately 12"x18".
