can anyone steer me in the right direction for call accounting software that will tie into the ICS and interface with Hotel billing software. I know I need the smdr, but looking for s/w solution, instead of plain Hyper terminal interface, or continual paper feed. thanks ~nails

Try TriVium. I do not know if it will interface to PMS. However you can try it for 30 days. www.triviumsys.com Hope this helps.
