If just on channels 6 and 8, double check line programing.Channel Set Up From Lines: - Show Line001:Line001 – Show (you’re entering your channel numbers here.) Trunk/Line data – Show TrunkType: E&M – Next Line type: Pool A - Next Dial Mode: Tone – Next PrimeSet: 221 – Next Auto privacy: Y – Next Ans Mode: Auto – Next Ans with DISA: N – Next Aux. Ringer: N – Next Signal: WinkStart – Next ANI number: N – Next End of List
Good Luck!!!

Rechecked line / channel settings all are identical, we do not use auto answer as that routes calls to attendant in startalk mail. Also checked for line redirection *84 activation NO LINES RE DIRECTED! trouble still occurring

Are you using all 24 channels for voice? or have you partioned T1 for voice and data? If partioned look at CSU/DSU for errors like slips or clocking problems.

Yes, you must have a service card with any T1/PRI application. I assumed you did, my bag. Also as Samh pointed out I would upgrade software to atleast 4.1. Good Luck!!

Thanks everyone for the input,
The ICS is working correctly now with all of the issues resolved except for Caller I.D. I believe this is going to be a software / IXC issue
