Need advice. I'm believe the problem is the hard drive from the sound it is making. I could be wrong. My plan is to order a hard drive.
Will the software be loaded to the hard drive or will I need to specify that it be loaded? Any other things to request when ordering. Should I order an SBC since I'm not 100% sure?

If you are sending in for repair, send the whole unit in. They can check it all out. You do not want to keep replacing piece by piece.

If all else fails, use a BFH.
