I have Called ID subscribed on my 2 lines, but I am not able to see any Called ID info on any of the M7310 phones.
Do I need to program the system or it doesn't have this feature?
Please help!!
Thanks,
RD

Make sure that you have the caller ID module [CII 6] this module interface through an extension into the system, and the lines interface to that module in parelel to the system. In programing you have to enable caller Id yes for the extensions.
Good Luck.

Thank you for the response SAMH and Openwire.
I make sure that my system don't have caller ID module CII 6 connected. I want to upgrade or replace this with another latest compact system with 3x16, caller ID, door phone and voice mail and keep my all phones M7310 as it is.
Any suggestion?
Thanks,
RD.

Put in a CICS (software level 4.1 or hidger), with CI (caller Id) card(gives you capability for 4 CO lines), and a Startalk flash voicemail. This is a good combination for what you are looking for. The M7310 phones work great with all Norstar systems.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.
