Yes the E&M trks are on a T-1, The reason is because Nortel and AT&T engineered this upgrade with Data sevice and voice combined using number portability to save the customer $$$ not having to use a local service provider, One stop shopping. It has been in service using the T-1 for a year.It is a MICS with 3.04 software. The DTI T-1 card is in slot 4 Services card is in slot 2. They are twoway not DID There is an AT&T data splitter / CSU DSU as well. The Parameters you mention DO NOT show up under LINES : TRK/LINE DATA with E&M TRK TYPE on this version of software. Thats why I posed the question for outpulsed digits first. The only cure I see is to have AT&T change the trkgrp datafill to digits outpulsed = 0 .

It sounds like Telco is sending you the digits. You can contact Telco and see how many digits they are sending and build your target lines to fix this (then assign target line to the phone) or have them configure T1 for each channel to represent the old pots line#(1 for 1).
Telco will charge to reconfigure/program T1. so, I would find out the number of digits they are sending and program the numbers into the system. Then you could always go with DID down the road at little expense.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.
