I need help with a MICS 5.01. Customer can't call area code 860 (and only 860) when he dials access 81. The call seizes the trunk but doesn't go anywhere, then the CO says ". . . your call did not go through ..."
Here is the interesting part. Manually dialing on any of the trunks in 81 works fine. Access 91 (different trunk group) also works fine.
Any ideas? Thanks.

I recently had 2 systems with problems similar to yours. I initially thought filters/restrictions were the issue, but the call passed out of the system. A power cycle fixed both!
