Have a customer who want to upgrade to a newer, more feature rich voice mail system.
I was advice by a nortel dist.that the new CallPilot is not compatible with the old 8X24DS DR5 system.
Your opinion will be apresiated.

No.
Norstar Centrex KSU is not supported, nor are legacy KSUs such as 6x16 and 8x24
