How do I get the display to show English words instead of Spanish? I tried feature *501 and the call log is in English but the voicemail menu (feature 981) still shows up in Spanish.

change the class of service for the mailbox F983, then MBOX, then CHNG. make it class of service 1, it will definitely be in english.
