Can anyone give me the short version of T-1 provisioning on a Norstar,with the proper sequence of programming.What do I do first?

by default all channels are set provisioned. the only reason to d'provision would be in the case of a fractional application. i.e. 24 channels land on a tsu120, channel 1-6 point to point (n x 64 port)to router, and channels 7-24 voice (dsx-1 port) to nortel. You would deprovision channels 1-6.
