Depending on the switch and software version ringing assignments are under "Terminals and Sets" on the newer versions under just plain "Ringing" on the older stuff. Unless its' and old 3x8 or 616 flatpack you'll need at least a m7310 to program. What model phone is it that is not ringing? Other than that just make sure the phone in question does'nt say "Forward to" or "DND".

Hey Slim,

On the smaller Nortel systems sometimes the CO ports go bad and the lines have to be moved around. I have had that happen to me several times. I would try to ID the lines to figure out in what positions they are connected on the system and if they are modular try to move the line to another position that you know works. That may prove that the port went bad. Good Luck!

If you intercom the phone does the arrow flash and can you answer it? Try using Feature *80 and see if the phone rings. Immediately push the volume UP button repeatedly. It could be the ringer is set to the softest ring and you can't hear it.
