You will need to go the voice mail admin using feature 983. Select "MBX" then select "CHG" then enter the general delivery mailbox number. The general delivery mailbox will be 10 if they have 2 digit DNs, 100 if they have 3 digit DNs. The first option to appear after entering the mbx number will be "Reset password?" select yes and then hit release. The password for that mailbox will be reset to factury default.

Thanks, I'll try this in the a.m. they have 4 digit extension so I only assume that the mailbox will be 1000.

1000 is correct if they have 4 digit DN's. By the way, I was assuming you do have access to admin programming. You will have to enter the admin code after hitting feature 983. If you need that info, e-mail me and I'd be glad to help.
