Pardon my ignorance, but can someone help me clear this puppy back to default?
I have it locked up & it won't respond to the installer pw, setup pw, admin pw, etc.

if you have a rad unit connected to it you can log in and default the password.
if a rad is not available, shut down the system turn it back on, enter fet**xxxxxxx and enter the installer password. keep in mind that if you go this route the system will default all settings.

keep the phone on the hook, do not hit the speaker phone, just hit fet**xxxxxxx
this must be done within 15 minutes of restarting your system

When you power it up make sure the Time and Date have come up before then enter the code from any two line display phone. That's about all there is to it.

I tried both a T7316 and a T7208 in the sta 21 position. the 7316 gives me the beep and message above, & the 7208 gives me "access denied" so I must be missing something?

you dont need to be on staton 21, you could do it from any station as long as its a t7316, m7310 or m7324 phone

put the t7316 on sta 23 and got the same results -power cycle, wait for time and date to show on LCD, then enter ftr**(the ** soes not show on the screen) then press 782, and the "2" gives me the beep and the screen reads "Make a call first"
Sorry, this is not working the way the docs say it is supposed to! I am not sure what to try next?
