I have a customer who needs to be able to call into their Mics(4.1 I think) and be able to draw dialtone from the system from anywhere on the planet and make calls from the system.What would be the easiest way to do this?....Thanx...Mike

Do you need an e&m card to dial in from a public network?
Need help on this one quick guys, or I may lose this customer...STUMPED!

If you using DISA then you must have Touch Tone receiver source ,thats exists on the EM modules or if you have a service card or Combo card its there as well ,then you can call in on a any line in the system programed to answer with DISA and you will hear dial tone and you can do what you want after wards dial internal number or external number.Most likely thast thats all to it.

No wires involved ,just program the card as an EM card in the slot so you can enable the DTMF(touch tone) thats all .

Encountered another problem. Disa does not work when I have a CI card In place,but does work with a DS card...Any ideas
