I installed 2 northstar compact ics with 6.1 software and in a week power was lost for about 45 minutes to a hour. After power was restored one system lost everything the other the time was off by a hour. I have never experienced this problem before on a new nortstar after a power failure no lighting strikes just a simple loss of power. I was wondering if my cabinet or flash card is bad. Has anybody experienced this?

it is normal for the norstar to quit keeping time during power outages and resume when the power is restored. You can get a good idea of how long the power is out that way. On the one which lost programming, you may have a faulty software cartridge.
