Well I feel that we might have buggered things up in our system we have what appears to be greetings that are associated w/ teh CCR playing after the initail morn/after/eve/non bus greetings & we seem to have lost the proper menu tree selections from the CCR. I'm in the deep end of the pool & welcome help trying to trace the interrelationships b/w ccr, attndnt trees etc. is there a service out there that I can speak with to try and walk thru my issues or to identify a course of diagnostics?

I have used DrPBX at www.ccccom.com he's very good and easy to work with. I don't know if he handles Northern Telcom but he probably has staff that does. You can find him on this forum and email him. mark
