Hi, I have a problem on a CICS 2.0 w/cid card. It will only show the callers name and not the phone #. What have I missed? Sorry I started working on Nortell, usually I only work on Executone.

You haven't missed anything. Press F811 then # or View to see the rest. Also you have programmed system to display name first. Look under Term/Sets for telco features. You can set it to display number first.
