I need help Installing a Norstar C6 Caller Id Unit.
I have connected the two wires on top to an Ext. and Connected the Amp to the lines but no luck.
I also programmed Call services and added exts to received Cid.
I dial 811 and all I get is line 1.
I have it programmed to show Names.
Anyone can please email me a link to download instructions.
Any comments highly appreciated.
