A Travel Agency with approximately 8 Agents is needing to upgrade to a 'square' system with a 1:1 ratio of lines to Agents.

Management requires minimal use of the telephone and measured all-busy periods are less than 5%.

I, a Mitel person, have recommended that they purchase a Refurb Norstar system that can be expanded to 12 CO + 16 ext maximum.

Question: Would an expanded M8X24 (copper linked) be a better alternative to a MICS Fibre (Fiber) unit with expansion.

Question: Does any version of DR5 offer circular hunt feature - and that would work in either of these units.

Thanks in anticipation.

A new or refurb MICS with latest software would serve your purpose. They now have some very appealing features for ring and hunt groups. The 824 is limited in this regard.
