Have new staff member using old mailbox. Anyone know how to initialize it so that the new person can leave their own greeting, signature, password, etc?

feature 983
then the manager password (which depends on the dn length. either xxxxxx, xxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxx are the defaults).
email me if that doesn't get you in.
then delete the box then re-add it back.
(I edited out the passwords....please don't post System level passwords on the open forum.)

Capital, if you would fill out the e-mail in your profile, I'm sure someone will help you with resetting the mailbox. What you are trying to do requires logging into the System coordinator mailbox which is password proteced. We try not to post those passwords on this open forum in effort to keep that information away from those that would use it to compromise someones elses system. If you already know the coord password, just repost and let us know and we can give step by step from there in the open forum.

No prob chrislebeck, you are probably right, we just try and keep em off this board as much as possible and e-mail passwords or post in the installer section. The main thing is if I don't do something every now and again they will cut my pay as a moderator ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/smile.gif) .

My cust wants to delete and reconfig a mailbox. She's not able to loginto admin mailbox and I've forgot the default. I believe the system is set up 2 digit if that affects password. thanks.

Has anyone figured out though if you can actually re-use an old mailbox? I have always had to delete then recreate. This is a pain if you simply have a new employee literally taking over the desk of someone else and want to keep the messages.
