Is there a backdoor toget into the Meridian 1 Option 11, I do not have the access codes. I do not mind defaulting and reprogramming but I do not have the 3 keycodes either. Does the TTY need passwords to navigate the programming. Also I have the MAT software but no dongle, how can I get one?

If you can get the system to respond from tty0 enter logi. When you get the Pass? you might try the last 4 digits of the software serial number. You can also have an logi password! The switch does have a backdoor but you would have to contact Nortel for password recovery.
