Trying to access General Mailbox 100 to listen to the messages, but dialing the vm takes me directly to that extension's box.

How do I access a mailbox other than that extension's own mailbox?

Tried **, doesn't seem to do anything.

Are you dialing the VM DN# or are you using feature 981? From a set that has a mailbox assigned, use feature 981 when it asks for the password, enter the wrong password then it will ask you for the mailbox# and password. Put in 100XXXX(If they have 3 digit DNs, X's being the password). If you are calling from a 7310 or bigger phone, you can hit "other" when the password promt comes up and should change to a "Log" promt where you can enter the mailbox/pwd combo.
