Need Help! I just installed this system last night and re-initialized both cabinets. The phone system works fine but the voice mail is automatically answering the lines. I don't have any line programming in it yet, the vm has no line access to the lines, I've set the business status to closed and answer lines to no, ext 333 (vm ext)is not a prime set for anything, and the auto attendant is set to no. This thing is still answering the lines. Any ideas?

did you check the voice mail to make sure the AA was not set to answer?

Thanks Zman,
I did check that. I went back the next day, unplugged it and plugged it back in and it works. I don't know what the problem was but it works now. Thanks for the reply
