Please Help.. I need to expand and ICS from 4x8 to 8x16 what do i need to purchase and also they have a flash vm and would like to be able to forward and extension to a outside line. the way they want it to work is night aa answers push one for immediate assistance push 3 that goes to an extension which would be forwarded all calls to an outside co with an answering services phone number. Is there anyway to do this?

What version of the CICS do you have now? The upgrade can be done by purchasing a new software card. The last 8 ports 17-24, are added with the expansion card.

I think it is 4.0 not sure but will be out there tomorrow.

If restricted software you need key-codes,
If expanded software all ports are active.
