After adding a 0x16 & a trunk module, this weekend, ---I was programming and testing this MICS with 2 PRIs, 8 C.O. trunks, and about 60 phones. I noticed that when I called in, the rings that I heard in my cell phone counted 2 or 3 times before it started to ring on the switch. This had been happening before the expansion, and seems to be happening more & more. Some outside clients are saying that it rings "10 times" before it's answered, but the attendant says that she only hears 2 rings. Is there something that I can program to help this out--or is this an LEC issue. It seem to be occurring on both "Public" & "Pvt" numbers on the PRIs. TIA.

It's usually the other way around. CO ringing is sent before you hear it. Check it ahead of the trunk cards and see when you see it. I know you said T1, but signaling still from the LEC. Bill
Audible is sent by the lec AFTER ringing current sent to end user. I know this to be true.

Remeber,There is two ringback tones for every ringing tone.
Check to make sure you have no delay setup on ringing. Usually setup for caller ID on POTS lines.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.
