I need to know how to set up a CICS to answer all incoming calls and give the caller a pre-recorded message and then the option to go to voice mail. Can it be done?

Short answer is yes, if you are talking about an actual VM. If you are reffering to the CIC's built in AA then no. The built in AA of the CIC's will only let you route calls but not take any messages. If you can be more specific with what you are trying to accomplish and the equipment you have we can be of more help.
