Nam II Norstar Voice Mail 3.0. I can only gewt 2 ports working on an 8 port NAM. It is connected via fiber and the voice channels set in ACCESS2 are min 2 max 8. I need help!

How many ports do you see active when you're in access program?

It looks as though all 8 are there. 2 are idle or in use, 6 are labled a which means availible but not assigned to any application.

If you have ( ..aaaaaa)then you only have 2 ports active as voice mail and 6 ports could be enabled with key codes to be voice mail.I hope that helps.
