.) I would like to know how to program my T7406 to select any of 8 outgoing trunks after the intercom button is selected and a 8 is entered.
.) I also want to do the same after a 9 is enter from the intercom button for 1 of 2 local lines.
.) I have my long distance trunks coming in on a T1, with the last 8 channels for voice.
.) I have those 8 trunks assigned starting on button # 9 top left (t7316e) thru button 16 for ( t1 channels 17 thru 24 ).
.) I also have 2 backup local lines on buttons 17 & 18 ( line 31 & 32 of ls card).
.) Thank you for any help.

Assign your locals to the dial 9 group and your t lines to the 8 group. You will have to assign/build your groups first and you have to allow your sets to access these groups.
