I HAVE MICS WITH PRI & DID'S:
I HAVE 3 SEC WHO COVER FOR 6 MANAGERS WITH ANSWER DN'S, 4 WORK FINE 2 DONT RING WHEN CALLED FROM THE OUTSIDE ONLY INTERNALLY???

also make sure the lines are assigned at not just set to go to the station on busy.
