This customer does not currently have the call pilot, just a flash vm. If i understand correctly it will replace the vm. So i guess what i am asking is can I send a call to an offsite answering service for emergency calls by say pressing 1 and still have their regular mail boxes for non emergency? Also they are using software level 3.0. If i read correctly it need 4.1 software and how would i upgrade this. the ICS doesnt have restricted software so I am up to 8x16. Thanks

Donnie

YOU SHOULD UPRADE TO 6.1 IF YOU ARE GOING TO INSTALL CP,AS FAR AS THE EXT TRANSFER THROUGH THE CCR IT IS POSSIBLE WHEN PRESS 1 IT WILL BE AN TRANSFER POINT TYPE WILL BE EXTERNAL, THIS WILL NOT EFFECT OTHER MAILBOXES.
