HAVING PROBLEMS WITH NEW CALL CENTER REPOTING, WILL NOT CONNECT TO BCM, IP IS GOOD.
ANY IDEAS?

Have the network administrator verify the IIS is actually enabled. Make him prove it.

To backtrack a little, 3.6 had a major change from previous versions, so an IIS server is needed. I can provide more details if needed, but check that first.
