NT7B75GA-93 Is this a trunk card with caller Id? and also could i use it to add 4 additional lines to a system that is 4x16 right now?

The NT7B75GA will not support caller id on it you need the NT7B75AAAE for caller id.
As for expansion, it all depends on the s.w. your using.

You need to check your software. It should work if you can hookup more than 8 phones, because restricted software is 4 lines and 8 phones. Even though the cabinet can do 16 phones, if restricted software only 8 will work.
