Have a customer who has purchased a 3060 companion on Ebay. When trying to register it to the system, I keep getting system 1, then no connection. Works OK when trying same procedure with existing 3060`s. Any responses would be appeceated.Also does any one know a supplier for refurbed companions and batteries that ship to Canada.
